SIS Teen Chef 2025

Last week we held the SIS Teen Chef competition, which saw a fabulous selection of creative recipes being presented by the SIS students.

John Paul College was an excellent venue for this event, with their well-equipped kitchens giving participants a real taste of a professional cooking environment.

Each group developed dishes centred around their chosen “hero ingredient”, including ricotta, rhubarb, cream, soy and coconut. ACF Judges provided friendly and constructive feedback during the cook, giving handy hints on technique and presentation.

There was a fine line between selecting a winner, but the judges’ final result came down to Flinders C.C. Tyabb (1st), John Paul College (2nd) and Nazareth College (3rd).
