On Tuesday 5 August we had 14 teams compete under the Karingal Bowls Club’s SkyDome for the 2025 SIS Lawn Bowls Championship and the opportunity to represent SIS at the Victorian Schools Super Series on 1st September in Sunbury.
There was healthy blend of experienced and novice bowlers who participated in the event.
After 6 preliminary rounds, the final came down to Bayside Christian College & Padua College. Bayside started the final extremely strong and Padua just couldn't catch up. Bayside prevailed to take home the title and trophy. Congratulations to both teams.
It was great to see so many returning and new students gain experience and an appreciation for Lawn Bowls.
