The SIS Theatresport Championships took place on 13th June at SFX Officer, hosted by Impro Melbourne. Students from the 13 schools came well prepared, having earlier participated in a Workshop where they gathered skills in the way of 1, 2 and 3 minute drama “games”.
Junior and Senior teams took to the stage in full costume to show off their talents in games such as “Death in a Minute”, “Slow motion commentary” and “Space Jump”. Staff and students were well entertained with creative and entertaining performances all round. The panel of judges was made up of staff members, who scored the teams with flash cards in a fun manner.
